I am running around like a chicken with its head cut off this week! Things always seem to get a little hairy before a holiday. Can you relate? Thankfully it all settles down and on Christmas Day we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Menu Planning isn’t just smart, it’s a necessity for us. My challenge this week is to make things that I can either prep before I leave or that we can make very quickly. Here are my quick meal hacks for the week. You can find other great ideas for menu plans at I’m An Organizing Junkie. Good luck with your week and to those of you celebrating, Merry Christmas. We’ll all make it!
