Walgreens Deals 1/24 – 1/30 Top Picks and Coupon Matches

Here are my top picks and coupon matches for Walgreens this week. Keep in mind that I’m working off the ad for the Des Moines area, though I don’t seem to notice too many deals that are specific to regions.
